In a prison where the incarcerated fly in a trapeze act inspired by Paradise Lost, the star aerialist has just been murdered. One voiceless, dark-eyed girl plans a revolution to overthrow the new warden and force everyone to confront the devils of their own past.

DEVELOPMENT AND AWARDS HISTORY
Commissioned by The National Conservatory for Dramatic Arts to be performed by their advanced repertory company, Actors Repertory Theatre. The play was written and developed under the name Circus of Fallen Angels and was performed for two weekends in Decemeber 2011 with the following cast: Ashley Byrd, Josh Dickinson, Joseph Jones, Lily Kerrigan, Terry McConnaughey, Susan Porter Edye Smith, Carol Spring. The production was directed by Jessica Burgess.
